Belt thickener

EKOSEP ® GT gravity belt thickeners were designed to thicken sludge with a solids content of 0.1 to 1.5%. For undigested municipal biochemical sludge, the final solids content can reach 5-7%. When the thickener is equipped with furrowers and pressure rollers, with certain types of sludge a final solids content of 10-12% can be reached. The belt speed is adjustable between 0.8 and 4 m/min.
